A Pleasant Surprise!

I had a great stay! The staff welcomed me warmly and helped with my bags. The bed in my King Room was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quick access to breakfast each morning—perfect to start my day. I'd recommend confirming your reservation details upon check-in.

oh, where to begin? charged a $50 deposit, then completely ignored my inquiries about it at checkout. the owner is utterly rude, claiming I got my full change back when I didn't. I thought i'd at least get a warm welcome or an upgrade—how naive of me. should’ve just stayed home, honestly.

Carpet was wet and fridge barely cold.

Recent repairs to door frames raised concerns about security, adding to an unfavorable experience. The wet carpet in both rooms created a discomfort, while the toilet was unreliable, requiring multiple attempts to flush. In addition, the overall cleanliness was compromised by the strong smell of room deodorant, and the condition of the tub was disappointing enough that I opted to clean up at the sink instead.

The location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions, and the room was spacious and well-maintained during our stay.

Upon arrival, I encountered a confusing check-in process that left me waiting longer than necessary, with reports of computer issues complicating things. The room, despite being spacious, had noticeable maintenance issues, including a bathtub that wasn't up to standard and lingering unpleasant odors, which detracted from the overall experience. I never got a clear answer on the deposit refund either, which adds a bit of frustration to the stay.

During my one-night stay, I faced several issues with the room. The heater wasn’t working, and I attempted to get a new room but had to wait a long time. Despite this, some elements of the location stood out, like its proximity to attractions such as Lucy Park. The highlight was definitely the charming atmosphere of the city, which made it somewhat enjoyable.

I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff, who were attentive and eager to assist with my needs. The cozy atmosphere added to the charm of the hotel, creating a pleasant environment during my stay.

Clean room, convenient location, with a pleasant outdoor swimming pool that offers a nice area to relax after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.
